Weather Conditions • Charter rates are subject to change until such time as a quotation in writing is provided. Rates may vary in line with fuel increases or decreases. • Tusa will endeavour to adhere to the charter itinerary, but reserve the right to alter the proposed itinerary or cancel the charter in the event of extreme weather conditions. Charter itineraries are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Master of our Vessel. • In the event that a charter is unable to commence due to weather or unforeseen mechanical problems, all deposits and charter fees will be fully refunded. However, Red Sea Ocean Adventures and Tusa will not be held financially responsible for an alternative trip or accommodation or any inconvenience to the client. • In the event that a charter is cut short due to weather or unforeseen mechanical conditions, the unused portion of the charter, from time of return to Cairns, will be fully refunded. However, Red Sea Ocean Adventures and Tusa will not be held financially responsible for an alternative trip or accommodation or any inconvenience to the client. • Tusa will make every endeavour to depart at the scheduled departure time, however bookings are accepted on the understanding that Red Sea Ocean Adventures and Tusa are not responsible financially for a delay in departure due to adverse weather, unforeseen mechanical problems, or other.
